Tonbridge Accountants
I was brought in by Wendy Ross, the powerhouse behind Tonbridge Accountants, to design a logo that reflects her firm’s unique blend of corporate expertise and boutique-style personal service. With a career that’s taken her from KPMG in Malaysia to Ernst & Young in Bermuda and HSBC in the UK, Wendy has a deep understanding of finance and a passion for helping small businesses thrive. She wanted a brand identity that captured her commitment to cost-effective, high-quality financial services while nodding to her love of coffee, fashion, and sustainability. The result? A logo that stands out—just like Tonbridge Accountants.
Strategic Thinking
I couldn’t start designing the logo before considering Tonbridge Accountants’ place in the financial world—what set it apart from other firms? I saw that it offered more than just accounting; it provided invaluable expertise and a personalised virtual finance office, empowering small businesses with the financial strategies they needed to thrive.
Design of the Logo
I now had a starting point for the logo design process. I wanted the logo to integrate seamlessly with Tonbridge Accountants’ brand rather than simply act as a standalone ‘badge.’ The design needed to be both distinctive and engaging, reflecting the firm’s professional yet personal approach to financial services.
The outcome
I believe the Tonbridge Accountants brand strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability. The logo is fresh and contemporary, reinforcing the firm’s high-quality services while remaining accessible to small businesses. Tonbridge Accountants is a forward-thinking, client-focused firm that provides expert financial guidance with a personal touch. I feel the new logo will help communicate this message effectively.
